테이스팅 노트
노즈는 단순하지만 정확하다. 미라벨 자두와 마르멜로, 꿀과 감초가 흐트러짐 없이 두드러지며 리필 호그스헤드답게 우드가 앞서지 않는다. 팰럿에서는 키르슈와 칼바도스를 떠올리게 하는 증류주 성격이 명확하게 드러나고, 물을 더하면 회향과 캐러웨이, 카모마일 같은 허브와 시트러스 제스트가 열린다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 허브 리큐어의 뉘앙스가 남으며 입안을 산뜻하게 정리한다.

We’re miles away from the high-volume, big-brand style.
