향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 천천히 돌리면 짙은 금빛이 두껍게 흘러내린다. 코를 가져가면 브라우니와 초콜릿 케이크, 검은 당밀이 먼저 밀려오고 간장 한 방울과 고기 육수 같은 감칠맛이 뒤에서 깃든다. 45.1도를 한 모금 머금으면 향과 달리 졸인 과일 쪽으로 방향을 틀어 자파 케이크와 계피 초콜릿, 생강 쿠키가 이어진다. 유러피언 오크가 서른세 해 동안 주도권을 쥔 결과다. 넘긴 뒤에는 계피가 가장 크게 남는다.

it is very different on the palate, rather more 'stewed', on cakes, Jaffa cakes, cinnamon chocolate, ginger cookies… It would never stop getting spicier, the European oak is having the lead here

rather long, all on chocolate and oak spices, with a dominant cinnamon. Not quite my favourite part
