잔을 기울여 빛에 비추면 옅은 금빛이 맑게 비친다. 코를 가져가면 보리와 밀랍, 갓 자른 나무와 비스킷 냄새가 차례로 올라오고 얼그레이 같은 향긋함과 옅은 장뇌가 뒤를 받친다. 한 모금 머금으면 43도의 가벼운 질감 위로 사과와 레몬, 녹차와 레몬그라스의 상쾌함이 지나간다. 셰리 숙성이라도 무겁게 눌리지 않고 신선한 쪽을 택했다. 넘긴 뒤에는 정향을 박은 오렌지 마멀레이드가 오래 이어진다.
