테이스팅 노트
잔을 돌리면 주황빛이 도는 금색이 낯설게 반짝인다. 코를 가져가면 젖은 점토와 흙냄새가 먼저 나오고 뒤로 럼과 마라스키노 체리의 달콤한 기운이 따라붙는다. 60.2도를 한 모금 삼키면 럼 같은 단맛이 폭발하듯 퍼지고 쓴 오렌지와 검은 체리, 후추가 연달아 올라온다. 물을 더하면 오래된 와인 저장고와 버섯 향이 열린다. 넘긴 뒤에는 가죽과 흙, 오렌지 껍질이 길게 이어진다.

it’s the Silver Seal with ten less years and ten more degrees, simple as that. Same earthy tones, clay and even mud (clean mud, eh), with added notes of rum in the background. Seriously, I’m wondering if this wasn’t (secretly) finished in a rum cask. Same hints of maraschino as well. Am I not dreaming of Italy too much? With water: between an old wine cellar and some fresh mushrooms, with some rubber and shoe polish behind all that. Not the rubbery kind of rubber, if you see what I mean

ho-ho-ho, this is powerful! A blast of rum once again, bitter oranges, soft and black peppers, black cherries and these earthy tones that just wouldn’t go away. We won’t complain. Gets a tad too peppery after a moment, water may be needed again. With water: sweeter but also a little more rubbery. Bitter oranges?
