테이스팅 노트
이 보틀링의 노즈는 꽃 계열이 압도적으로 두드러진다. 아카시아와 라임 꽃, 금작화가 겹치고 그 위로 여러 겹의 꿀과 밀랍이 얹히며 향의 밀도를 만든다. 오래된 활엽수 목재와 귤 리큐어의 뉘앙스도 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 43도답게 섬세하지만 꽃과 꿀의 결이 흐트러지지 않고 얼그레이와 아마레티 같은 과자 뉘앙스로 발전한다. 1968년 증류 원액의 우아함이 구조감보다 앞서는 스타일이다.

Earl grey and amaretti. In short, whisky for your Five O'clock tea in an old Scottish hotel such as The Balmoral in Edinburgh. Touristy, carpet everywhere, incredibly out of fashion and even rather dusty in all senses of that word, but if you never did this, do it at least once. Better book
