테이스팅 노트
단 8년 숙성이라는 사실이 믿기지 않을 만큼 노즈의 완성도가 높다. 벌집과 귀부 와인을 떠올리게 하는 꿀과 건포도, 살구가 층을 이루고 버섯과 커피, 옅은 당밀이 뒤를 받친다. 팰럿에서는 사과와 배로 만든 타르트를 연상시키는 단맛에 향신료와 꿀이 겹치며 발전한다. 1969년에 증류해 1978년에 병입된 짧은 숙성의 거친 결이 미세하게 남아 있다. 피니시는 풀과 타닌 쪽으로 조여들며 마무리된다.
