테이스팅 노트
퍼스트필 셰리 시즈닝 유러피언 오크 벗에서 숙성해 55도로 병입한 보틀링이다. 노즈는 견과와 향신료가 앞서고 이끼와 차, 버섯 같은 숲의 뉘앙스가 뒤를 잇는다. 물을 더하면 호두 껍질 염료와 합판, 옅은 구두약 향이 드러난다. 팰럿은 도수만큼 뜨겁고 오크의 영향이 지배적이어서 쌉쌀한 오렌지와 오크 스파이스, 키르시가 순서대로 전개된다. 피니시는 길고 증류주 같은 날카로움이 남는다.

Nothing wrong with that of course, but the distillate is of no importance whatsoever here and I'd swear you could make this anywhere in this world, from Tasmania to Nova Scotia. rather long, eau-de-vie-ish beyond the fresh oak
