향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
어두운 호박빛이 잔 벽을 타고 진하게 흐른다. 향은 처음에 건조하고 금욕적이지만 곧 블러드 오렌지와 딸기잼 건포도의 과실감으로 부풀고 구운 밤과 데메라라 설탕의 단맛이 뒤를 채운다. 입에서는 셰리 벗이 남긴 붉은 베리의 즙과 오렌지 리큐어가 풍성하게 번지지만 13년이라는 숙성 탓에 다소 젊고 곧은 인상도 함께 드러난다. 52.3도의 여운은 길고 향신료가 진해지며 새 오크의 결을 마지막까지 남긴다.
