진한 금빛이 잔 안에서 따뜻하게 번진다. 향은 태운 나무와 토피의 달큰함으로 열리고 피칸 파이와 구운 빵의 고소함 그리고 들꽃의 향이 그 사이에 깃들어 있으며 옅은 소금기를 띤 연기가 전체를 감싼다. 입에서는 향신료를 두른 마멀레이드와 밤꿀 헤더꿀의 단맛이 겹치고 말린 살구와 미라벨 잼의 과실감이 계속 자라난다. 1985년 셰리 오크 15년의 여운은 길고 꿀과 토피의 온기가 커피와 초콜릿으로 이어진다.

Do they have beehives at the mothership? I mean, at the Distillery?
