테이스팅 노트
1976년 증류해 1994년에 병입한 18년 빈티지로 노즈는 살구잼과 설탕에 절인 오렌지가 중심을 이룬다. 조린 딸기와 그레나딘의 단맛이 뒤따르고 요구르트 같은 뉘앙스는 옅게만 감지된다. 팰럿에서는 꿀에 굴린 견과와 누가, 프랄린의 고소함이 명확하게 드러나며 43도치고 바디가 안정적이다. 크렘 브륄레의 달콤함이 중반을 채우고 생강이 균형을 잡는다. 피니시는 캔디 슈거와 캐러멜로 정리된다.

starts much more on crystallised oranges, apricot jam, cooked strawberries and, again, grenadine. The mashy/yoghurty notes come through after a moment but they are much shyer than in the 18yo. The whole is denser and rounder but also quite simpler than the latter. Hints of slightly burnt apricot pie
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
certainly a better body than the 18 even if the profile is more or less the same. A little more oomph and a little more complexity this time, with more praline, honey-coated nuts, nougat and crème brûlée. Also a little ginger
timer 피니시
not too long but more satisfying than the 18yo’s, mostly on candy sugar and caramel again. Not complex but pleasant. 79 points. MUSIC – Recommended listening: you couldn't escape the Dexy's midnight runners twenty years ago and then there's been Save Ferris doing the very same Come on Eileen.mp3 . I must admit I like it...
