잔을 코앞으로 가져가면 꿀에 절인 과일이 먼저 밀려오고 그 뒤로 약재 같은 서늘한 향과 헤더, 밀랍이 촘촘하게 따라붙는다. 셰리 우드가 남긴 초콜릿 기운은 진하지만 옅은 피트가 배경을 잡아준다. 한 모금 머금으면 건포도와 커피가 한 덩어리로 밀려들고 복숭아와 키르슈가 뒤늦게 갈라져 나온다. 삼키면 뿌리 같은 피트와 다크 초콜릿이 길게 이어지고 끝에 장미향이 살짝 스친다.
