테이스팅 노트
오랜 세월이 스민 짙은 황금빛이 잔에 깊게 잠긴다. 1968년에 증류한 맥캘란은 지우개와 꽃가루, 온갖 꿀과 밀랍, 오래된 나무의 향이 겹겹이 피어나 세상에서 가장 꽃다운 위스키라 불릴 만하다. 43도의 도수에도 입에서는 섬세한 꽃향기와 꿀, 얼그레이 차와 아마레티 과자의 우아함이 부드럽게 흐른다. 셰리 우드에서 오래 익은 이 노령의 몰트는 힘보다 섬세함으로 기억된다. 마른 꽃과 꿀의 여운이 고요하고 길게 남는다.

Earl grey and amaretti. In short, whisky for your Five O'clock tea in an old Scottish hotel such as The Balmoral in Edinburgh. Touristy, carpet everywhere, incredibly out of fashion and even rather dusty in all senses of that word, but if you never did this, do it at least once. Better book
