테이스팅 노트
잔을 가까이 하면 호두와 오렌지 껍질의 향이 먼저 명확하게 드러나고 그 뒤로 허브와 잎사귀 뉘앙스를 띤 셰리가 이어진다. 꿀의 단맛과 살짝 태운 건포도가 층을 이루며 복합도를 만든다. 팰럿은 건포도와 마멀레이드, 프루트케이크의 단맛이 중심이며 감초와 쓴 차의 뉘앙스가 균형을 잡는다. 40도의 질감은 가볍지만 셰리 오크의 밀도는 충분하다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 풀과 견과의 잔향으로 마무리된다.

full sherry maturation but it's rather a leafy and sightly herbal sherry, with walnuts, marmalade and a slight gamey side. High grouse. I'm also finding some leafier honey, such as green oak honeydew, which is excellent by the way. Touches of burnt raisins and a hint of rubber. Nutshell, it is a nice nose, pretty complex, but the truth hides on the palate, as usual

raisins, orange marmalade, hint of liquorice, fruitcake and bitter teas. Green walnuts, nocino… Just like last time, I'm finding a little too much spicy rubber, was this new European oak prior to the seasoning with sherry?
