테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 앰버빛이 조용히 번지며 옛 방식의 셰리 숙성을 짐작하게 한다. 코를 가져가면 아몬드와 건포도, 부드러운 흙과 민트차 향이 차례로 열리고 가죽이 그 끝을 잡는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 40도라는 숫자가 무색할 만큼 무게가 있고 젖은 담뱃잎과 조린 검은 과일, 쓴 초콜릿이 밀려온다. 삼킨 뒤에는 가죽과 당밀, 마른 민트가 길게 남는다.
