향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
스페이사이드 매캘란이 이탈리아 수입사를 위해 담은 셰리 캐스크 7년이다. 잔에는 옅은 화이트 와인빛이 감돈다. 향은 달큰한 사과와 서양자두, 살짝 단 레몬에 바닐라 크림과 호두 케이크가 겹쳐 앳된 우아함을 낸다. 40도의 입안은 아주 깨끗하고 달콤해 사과즙과 장미향 터키시 딜라이트, 배즙, 누가가 감돈다. 셰리로 이름난 증류소의 어린 시절을 엿보는 결이 흥미롭다. 여운은 중간 길이로 과실주 같은 산뜻함이 남는다.

Very classy ‘naked’ young Speysider all on sweet apples, greengages, a little sweetened lemon juice, notes of vanilla crème, a little butterscotch, walnut cake, Demerara sugar… It’s rather delicate, very elegant. No water needed I think
