테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 색이 화이트 와인처럼 옅게 번진다. 코를 가져가면 뜻밖에도 사과주스 향이 먼저 인사하고 곧이어 퍼티와 석탄재, 굴 껍데기와 레몬즙이 차례로 자리를 넘겨받는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 짭조름한 첫인상이 시원하게 들어오다 중반에서 살짝 힘을 놓는다. 삼킨 뒤 소독약을 떠올리게 하는 약재 기운과 소금기가 남지만 길게 끌지는 않는다.
