향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 그을음과 재가 가장 먼저 두드러지고 그린 올리브의 짭조름함이 뒤를 받친다. 20년 숙성임에도 다소 날 선 스피릿 뉘앙스가 남아 있어 오히려 금욕적인 인상을 준다. 팰럿은 훈제한 생선과 랍상소우총 차를 떠올리게 하는 강한 훈연으로 전개되며 감초와 소금기가 구조를 단단히 잡는다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 재의 건조함이 더 짙어진다. 1988년 빈티지를 46도로 담은 훈연 중심의 직선적 구성이다.
