향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들어 향을 열면 30년을 보낸 술이라기엔 광물과 니스, 장뇌 같은 향이 날카롭게 솟아 약재 같은 인상을 준다. 57.5도의 힘 때문에 처음엔 다소 사납다. 물을 몇 방울 더하면 새 차 내장과 낡은 공구, 가죽 광택제 같은 향이 열린다. 한 모금 삼키면 레몬 껍질의 산미와 소금기가 정확하게 뻗고 훈제 청어 같은 결이 뒤를 받친다. 여운에서는 보리 사탕의 단맛이 슬며시 올라온다.
