테이스팅 노트
노즈는 양초 왁스와 단 아몬드에서 출발하는 옛 스타일의 카올 일라다. 훈제 연어와 만사니야, 아마인유가 차례로 드러나며 30년 숙성이 만든 정제된 결이 명확하다. 팰럿은 향보다 훨씬 날이 서 있다. 후추를 뿌린 레몬과 타이 바질, 짠 감귤의 강한 자극이 거의 화학적이라 할 만큼 뚜렷하게 지나간다. 물을 더하면 훈연된 소금물과 수지 같은 재가 발전한다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 짠맛과 쌉쌀함이 함께 남는다.
