테이스팅 노트
노즈는 21년 숙성이라는 이력에 비해 주정 자극이 앞서 접근이 쉽지 않다. 오 분쯤 지나야 자몽과 해조류의 윤곽이 드러나고 물을 더해도 폭은 크게 넓어지지 않는다. 팰럿은 크고 무겁다. 레몬의 산미가 압도적으로 지배하며 소금에 절인 감귤과 훈제 청어, 옅은 민트가 뒤따른다. 57.2도의 도수가 그 강도를 끝까지 유지한다. 피니시는 비교적 길지만 큰 변화 없이 한 방향으로 이어지는 것이 이 보틀링의 한계다.
