향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 27년 장기 숙성이라는 이력에 비해 거칠다. 고무줄과 우유, 으깬 잎사귀와 프로폴리스가 앞서고 라벤더 같은 향수 뉘앙스가 뒤섞여 접근이 쉽지 않다. 팰럿은 초반의 쓴맛과 고무 뉘앙스가 여전하지만 중반부터 파인애플 사탕과 설탕에 절인 오렌지가 발전한다. 57.1도의 도수는 잘 억제되어 있으나 이 보틀링의 인상은 끝까지 투박하다. 피니시는 길고 종이 상자 같은 건조함과 왁스의 질감이 남는다.

a rather bitter, rubbery and milky start, on huge notes of crushed leaves, raw propolis, manure and rubber bands. Gets then very milky and porridgy, with also quite some cheap perfume (yes, lavender). Immature and hard to enjoy on the nose, I’m afraid

ah, this is a little better although it’s still bitter and rubbery at the attack, as well as very mashy. We do have these perfumy notes as well (lavender). Develops on pineapple sweets, crystallised oranges, notes of tequila… Well… Rather long but cardboardy (and waxy) finish, with also something like ginger tonic and heavily hopped beer.
