테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝에 가져가면 31년이라는 나이가 무색할 만큼 상쾌한 바다 향이 먼저 인사한다. 뮈스카데 같은 산미와 굴 즙이 스치고 셰리의 무게는 어디에도 없다. 한 모금 머금으면 시트론 리큐어의 은은한 단맛과 쓴 아몬드, 훈제 연어가 차례로 지나가며 유칼립투스 시럽 같은 약재감이 따라붙는다. 45.6도라 목 넘김이 부드럽다. 삼킨 뒤에는 짠맛과 옅은 고무 향이 짧고 깨끗하게 정리된다.
