테이스팅 노트
같은 1982년 증류액이라도 이 보틀링은 의약적 성격이 한층 더 앞선다. 노즈에서는 소독약과 바닷물이 먼저 드러나고 타르의 결이 얇게 깔린 뒤 그래니스미스 사과와 초록 자두의 산미가 올라온다. 팰럿은 43도에 걸맞게 가볍지만 밀도가 있어 소금 친 레몬즙과 캠퍼, 유칼립투스가 차례로 발전한다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 요오드가 지배적이며 훈제한 배의 뉘앙스가 끝에 남는다.

superb albeit a little light(ish) but that’s the low strength and all the time spent in glass. Salted lemon juice, kiwi juice, camphor and eucalyptus (they almost always come as a pair in my book), some tar rather than ashes, a note of sage perhaps, antiseptic…
timer 피니시
medium, really much on iodine. A curious touch of smoked pears in the aftertaste. Smoked tea flavoured with bits of dried pear – does anybody make that, by any chance?
