테이스팅 노트
리필 호그스헤드에서 서른다섯 해를 보낸 긴 시간이 카올일라 1983의 피트를 더없이 부드럽게 다듬어 놓았다. 시간이 깎아낸 훈연 위로 마른 풀과 레몬, 옅은 바다 내음이 우아하게 피어오른다. 입에서는 50.3도의 단단한 도수를 타고 그을린 보리와 꿀, 짭조름한 소금기가 매끄럽게 번진다. 혀 가운데에서는 부드러운 연기와 시트러스가 맞물려 섬세한 균형을 이룬다. 옅은 황금빛 잔 끝으로 연기와 시트러스, 옅은 소금기의 여운이 길고 섬세하게 이어진다.

Very lovely anyway, with more chlorophyll, tea, lapsang souchong and the trademark ashes
