향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
1982년 증류해 26년을 보낸 이 위스키는 노즈부터 시트러스가 지배적이다. 귤과 자몽 껍질의 향이 명확하게 드러나고 살짝 시큼한 산미가 개성을 더한다. 62.8도의 도수임에도 자극보다 선명함이 앞선다. 팰럿은 초반부터 균형이 단단하며 레몬의 산미가 점점 날카롭게 발전한다. 피트와 향신료, 말린 과일이 층을 이루며 해안의 짠맛이 그 아래를 받친다. 피니시는 길고 일관되게 이어진다. 버번 캐스크 장기 숙성의 모범적인 예다.

fresher and more vibrant than the ‘exclusive’, with much more citrusy notes, including tangerines, grapefruits and plain lemons. Gets maybe just a tad sourish/acidic but that adds to this one’s particularities. More and more on a plate of lemon-sprinkled oysters. Medium peatiness. With water: superb. A working kiln on Islay (not at Caol Ila, obviously), sheep, seawater, old leather, Havana cigars… Great nose! Much less lemon when reduced
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
perfect attack, very typical, extremely well balanced. Half-rounded like some older CIs can be but getting very lemony once again, which is quite beautiful. Gets sharper and sharper, beautifully so. With water: excellent. Everything is there in the mix, peat, spices, coatal elements, fruits (dried), spices… And lemons
