향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
창백한 백포도주빛이 잔을 맑게 채운다. 버번 호그스헤드에서 스물여섯 해를 보낸 1984년 원액은 평균적인 카올 일라보다 훨씬 약재 쪽으로 기울어 있다. 향은 소독약과 요오드 팅크가 시간이 갈수록 커지고 그 아래 미네랄과 견과가 깔린다. 입에서는 59도의 힘이 깨끗하게 꽂히며 용담주의 쓴맛과 굵은 소금기가 이어진다. 여운은 길지 않게 잦아들지만 약재의 결과 쓴 아몬드가 끝까지 남는다.

punchy, very good, clean, peaty and very medicinal once again. Gentian eau-de-vie. Very faint notes of strawberry bubblegum and quite some salt. With water: no more bubblegum, rather more salt, walnuts and indeed, clams (or queen scallops, as you like)
