향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
창백한 짚빛이 잔 바닥에 얇게 고인다. 리필 버트에서 아홉 해를 보낸 이 카올 일라는 향에서 말수가 적고 다소 메마르다. 이탄과 후추, 장작 연기가 담담하게 이어질 뿐 복잡한 층은 드러내지 않는다. 그러나 입에 넣으면 인상이 뒤집힌다. 43도라는 도수가 무색하게 힘 있게 들어와 이탄과 사과의 과실감이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 여운은 연기와 단맛이 나란히 잦아들며 담백하게 정리된다.
