향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
짙은 황금빛이 잔에 깊게 고여 있다. 스물다섯 해를 호그스헤드에서 보낸 시간이 색과 향에 고루 배어 있다. 향은 생아몬드와 호두, 오렌지 꽃물과 얼그레이 차에 소나무 수지의 서늘함이 얹힌다. 입에서는 레몬으로 시작해 설탕에 절인 오렌지와 유칼립투스, 건포도의 단맛으로 넘어간다. 46도로 낮춘 도수가 오랜 숙성을 편안하게 풀어 놓는다. 여운은 길고 끝으로 갈수록 나무의 쓴맛이 도드라진다.
