향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔에 담긴 빛은 아주 옅은 밀짚색이다. 향은 결코 가볍지 않고 흰 건포도와 최상급 소비뇽 블랑, 자작나무와 파라핀 기름이 또렷한 기품으로 겹쳐 오른다. 물을 더해도 좀처럼 흐트러지지 않는다. 입에서는 레몬을 넘어 식초에 가까운 팽팽한 산미가 서고 잿가루가 수북이 깔린다. 60도의 힘이 그 긴장을 지탱한다. 여운은 제법 길게 이어지며 짠맛과 밀랍의 결 끝에 풋사과가 남는다.
