향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
옅은 백포도주 빛이 잔 속에 투명하게 머문다. 1982년 증류액답게 이탄은 가볍고 향은 사과와 붉은 건포도, 다 쓴 성냥갑 쪽으로 기운다. 물을 더하면 백묵과 상쾌한 민트, 손질하지 않은 양모의 텁텁함이 뒤따른다. 입에서는 레몬과 자두 오드비의 산미가 62.4도의 기세를 타고 곧게 뻗는다. 여운은 길고 조금 기름지며 레몬을 담근 올리브유 같은 결이 마지막에 남는다.
