테이스팅 노트
옅은 화이트와인 빛이 잔 속에 맑게 잠겨 있다. 1982년 증류액은 요즘 것보다 이탄이 가벼워 레몬보다 사과 쪽으로 기운다. 붉은 건포도와 소비뇽 블랑, 다 쓴 성냥갑과 등잔 기름의 향이 우아하게 겹친다. 입에서는 레몬이 돌아오고 자두 오드비와 뱅 존의 산미가 62도의 기세를 타고 폭발한다. 여운은 길고 조금 기름지며 레몬을 담근 올리브유 같은 결이 남는다.
