향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
화이트와인처럼 맑은 빛이 잔에 담긴다. 향은 붕대와 젖은 바위, 굴과 감귤 즙이 어우러지며 초록 올리브와 구스베리의 신맛이 그 위를 스친다. 헤더를 태운 듯한 향긋한 연기가 옛 아일라의 인상을 그대로 전한다. 입에서는 이탄 연기가 비단결처럼 매끄럽게 퍼지고 소독약 같은 약재의 기운이 뒤따른다. 43도라는 도수가 오히려 균형을 만든다. 여운은 석탄 연기와 타르, 검은 후추로 길게 이어진다.

amazing richness of peat smoke flavour, really like they’ve captured this ‘head in a kiln’ vibe in distillate form. Superbly silky in texture, wonderfully crisp coastal freshness and then many thicker medicinal things like mercurochrome and TCP. Those green and sharper citrus fruit notes still remain in the background
