향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
오랜 시간을 지나온 술치고 잔에 도는 빛은 놀랍도록 옅다. 1979년 증류액의 순도가 색에서부터 드러난다. 향은 정원의 모닥불과 배로 시작해 고무와 타르, 아라비아 검의 무거운 결로 옮겨 간다. 마지팬과 겨자의 기운도 스친다. 입에서는 칼날처럼 곧고 짠맛이 도드라지며 라임의 산미가 57.1도의 힘을 타고 뻗는다. 여운은 길고 지독히 짭조름하며 레몬이 이탄을 덮을 만큼 강하다.
