테이스팅 노트
1979년 증류액을 27년간 숙성한 보틀링으로 오랜 시간이 훈연을 눌러 놓은 점이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 노즈는 큼직한 풀내와 양초 밀랍, 사과주와 퍼티가 이어지며 대단히 우아하게 드러난다. 46도의 팰럿은 둥글고 왁시하며 아몬드 껍질과 사과 껍질, 마지팬이 차례로 발전한다. 중반 이후 연기가 조금 더 살아나고 녹차의 떫은 기운이 균형을 잡는다. 세월이 남긴 매끄러운 질감이 인상적이다.
