테이스팅 노트
일본 야마가타현 동해를 면한 유자 증류소는 바다와 산이 만나는 풍토 속에서 위스키를 빚는다. 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 3년을 보낸 이 SMWS 원액은 잔에서 맑은 금빛을 낸다. 어린 원액답게 라임과 청사과, 바닐라 향이 산뜻하고 또렷하게 열린다. 61.2도의 높은 도수에서 시트러스와 보리 단맛, 가벼운 향신료가 입안을 힘있게 채운다. 여운은 상큼한 시트러스와 깨끗한 곡물로 산뜻하게 남는다.
