테이스팅 노트
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊게 잠겨 있다. 1995년 원액을 열여덟 해 재운 이 보틀링은 이탄과 셰리가 부딪혀 초콜릿 같은 기묘한 층을 만들어낸다. 가죽과 잎담배가 섞인 쌉쌀한 카카오 향이 먼저 오르고 마른 건초가 그 뒤를 받친다. 57.6도의 입에서는 마라스키노 체리와 아마레토의 견과 단맛이 큼직한 이탄과 맞붙어 팽팽하게 균형을 잡는다. 여운은 길고 초콜릿처럼 진하지만 마지막은 뜻밖에 깨끗하게 씻겨 내려간다.
