테이스팅 노트
짚빛 그대로의 맑은 색이 잔에 담긴다. 리필 셰리 버트를 거쳤음에도 색이 옅다는 점이 이 캐스크의 조용한 성격을 말해준다. 향은 분필과 갯내, 소독약 같은 레몬 즙이 결정처럼 또렷하고 뒤편에는 재의 연기가 깔린다. 59.1도의 입은 도수에 비해 접근이 쉬워 기름진 훈제 청어와 가마 연기, 광물성 짠맛이 이어진다. 물을 더하면 시큼한 발효 빵의 결이 열리고, 여운은 길게 재를 머금은 채 짠맛과 레몬으로 마무리된다.
