아일라 북동 해안의 카올 일라가 리필 호그스헤드에서 18년을 보낸 소사이어티 보틀링이다. 바다를 마주한 증류소답게 맑은 금빛 위로 해풍이 감돈다. 향에서는 토탄 연기와 레몬, 갯내음의 짭조름함이 산뜻하게 어우러진다. 입에서는 57.4도의 힘이 잿빛 훈연과 시트러스, 올리브의 짠맛으로 번진다. 여운은 바닷가의 연기와 미네랄이 깔끔하게 이어진다.
