잔을 눈높이로 들면 화이트 와인에 가까운 옅은 빛이 비치고 흔들어 보면 62도답게 눈물이 빠르게 사라진다. 코를 대면 연기 뒤로 다크 초콜릿과 볶은 커피콩, 눅눅한 건초 냄새가 겹치고 마구간 같은 동물성 기운까지 따라온다. 한 모금을 삼키면 슈거파우더 같은 단맛이 갑자기 밀려왔다가 레몬즙의 신맛과 풋내로 급하게 방향을 튼다. 일곱 해만 채운 어린 성격이 끝까지 각을 세운 채 사라진다.

very sugary and curiously vegetal. Lots of icing sugar and lemon juice, getting bitter and a bit acid. Not too enjoyable. Gets also grassier and grassier with time… Raw fruit spirit.
