테이스팅 노트
화이트 와인처럼 옅은 빛이 잔에 얕게 담긴다. 향은 연기 위에 생나무와 다크 초콜릿, 커피콩의 쓴맛이 겹치고 이어서 마구간을 떠올리게 하는 짐승 냄새가 짙게 올라온다. 칠 년이라는 짧은 숙성과 62.1도의 도수가 그대로 부딪쳐, 입안에서는 슈거파우더 같은 단맛과 레몬즙의 산미가 거칠게 맞선다. 여운은 길고 풀 내음이 강하며 다듬어지지 않은 증류액의 결이 남는다.

very sugary and curiously vegetal. Lots of icing sugar and lemon juice, getting bitter and a bit acid. Not too enjoyable. Gets also grassier and grassier with time… Raw fruit spirit.
