잔을 흔들면 아주 옅은 밀짚빛이 가볍게 돈다. 코를 가져가면 연기와 이탄 위로 사과와 조개껍데기, 젖은 돌이 겹치고 사탕수수 설탕과 생버터의 고소함이 그 사이를 메운다. 한 모금 머금으면 풀 냄새가 앞서며 톡 쏘는 산미가 혀를 깨우지만 층이 아주 많지는 않다. 1990년 원액을 10년 만에 병입한 만큼 단순함이 곧 매력이다. 삼킨 뒤에는 옅은 단맛이 한 방향으로 길게 이어진다.
