테이스팅 노트
노즈는 미네랄 쪽에서 출발해 시간이 지나야 해초와 짠맛, 요오드가 올라온다. 옅은 훈연 뒤로 타르에 담근 훈제 청어 같은 향이 이어지고 물을 더하면 젖은 양모의 뉘앙스까지 드러난다. 팰럿은 의외로 달게 열려 레몬 리큐어와 마멀레이드가 앞서고 소금기와 생선의 짠맛은 배경에 머문다. 연기는 훈제 연어 정도의 세기다. 피니시는 중간에서 길게 이어지며 시트러스가 지배한다. 19년 리필 호그스헤드의 절제된 성격이 드러난다.
