테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 카올 일라 1982 빈티지의 27년 리필 버번 호그스헤드 숙성이 만든 마른 피트와 짭조름한 미네랄, 시트러스가 두드러진다. SMWS 53.139 캡틴 퍼그워시의 절제된 훈연이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 55.2도에서 훈연과 흰 후추, 짠 미네랄의 균형이 단단하다. 리필 버번이 부여한 깨끗한 보디가 발전한다. 피니시는 마른 피트와 시트러스가 길게 이어진다. 빈티지 카올 일라의 정수가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

A tad sourer and more lemony and buttery, without the exceptional crispiness that the 1966 displayed. Some tarry notes, still. With water: gets very tarry now, and more maritime as well. Loads of fresh almonds and raw clams. Wet newspapers
