테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들어 향을 깨운 뒤 코를 대면 아일라 쿨일라 1980 특유의 피트 연기와 타르, 감초 향이 단번에 솟아오른다. 25년 숙성이 그 거친 연기에 옅은 과일 단맛을 더했다. 한 모금 머금으면 60.4도의 강한 힘이 훈제 향과 소금기, 흙내음을 거칠게 굴린다. 삼킨 뒤 재와 감초의 쌉쌀한 여운이 입안에 오래 맴돈다.
