향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
고른 황금빛이 잔 속에 깊이 잠겨 있다. 향은 캐러멜과 파슬리, 셀러리 같은 풋풋한 결로 시작해 수지와 이끼, 젖은 잎사귀로 번지고 마지팬과 양초 왁스가 그 사이를 메운다. 1980년 증류액이 이십오 년을 보낸 만큼 입에서는 셰리의 단맛과 설탕에 절인 오렌지, 뚜렷한 소금기가 함께 흐른다. 여운은 길고 호두 껍질 같은 쌉쌀함과 짠맛이 오래도록 이어진다.
