향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 저음처럼 낮게 깔린 흙내 나는 피트로 시작한다. 기름진 타르와 어망, 유칼립투스 수지와 보일러 연기가 이어지고 다크 프루트와 시트러스 껍질이 뒤를 받친다. 시간이 지날수록 육향과 약재 성격이 강해진다. 팰럿은 셰리와 피트가 빈틈없이 맞물려 머큐로크롬과 훈제 고등어, 조린 검은 과일을 밀어 넣고 젖은 흙과 버섯, 타르 리큐어가 뒤따른다. 피니시는 몇 시간 뒤에도 남을 만큼 길다. 63.7%의 깊은 앰버빛 원액이다.

A deep, bass-like and earthy peat. Huge oiliness, tarry, fishing nets, then veers towards menthol and minty notes. Some eucalyptus resin, boiler smoke, beach bonfires, BBQ sauce, cherry cola cubes and a resinous earthiness. There is fruit in here as well but it’s very much dark fruits with a bit of citrus rind. With time it starts to become increasingly meaty and hugely medicinal. With water: A gravelly, meaty and mineral side emerges. With smoked grains, ash, lemons, olive oil and even a rather distinct waxiness
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
A massive mix of sherry and peat with perfect integration. Mercurochrome, kippers, peppered mackerel and some stewed dark fruits. Goes on with wet earth, mushrooms, oils, tar liqueur, smoked beer and TCP. Massive, emphatic and utterly superb. With water: fruit oils and children’s medicine such as Calpol. Also earthy, smouldering peats, herbs, smoked meats and salted fish
