향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 잘 익은 포도와 건자두, 가벼운 향신료가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 인치데어니 증류소의 핑글래시로 말라가 와인 캐스크 피니시가 더한 달콤한 과일 향이 분명하게 나타난다. 57.9도의 도수가 입안을 단단하게 채우며 말린 과일과 꿀, 보리의 풍미가 또렷하게 이어진다. 8년이라는 비교적 짧은 숙성에도 와인 캐스크의 영향으로 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 포도의 단맛과 오크 향신료가 길게 발전한다. 로우랜드 신생 증류소의 실험적 성격이 분명한 한 잔이다.
