테이스팅 노트
백포도주처럼 옅은 빛이 잔 안에 서늘하게 고인다. 1992년 증류해 16년을 보낸 이 위스키는 뜻밖에도 에스프레소를 닮은 진한 향과 갓 벤 풀의 냄새로 문을 연다. 물을 더하면 라임즙과 자몽, 부싯돌과 젖은 백묵의 서늘함이 갈라져 나온다. 57.2도의 입안은 칼날처럼 곧고 레몬과 파란 사과의 산미 위로 이탄 연기가 곧게 지난다. 여운은 자몽의 쓴 단맛과 소금기를 아주 길게 남긴다.
