잔을 흔들면 스물세 해를 보낸 것치고 색이 화이트 와인처럼 옅다. 코를 가져가면 군더더기 없이 맑은 연기와 피트, 미네랄이 먼저 서고 젖은 돌과 양모, 굴, 요오드가 차례로 열린다. 한 모금 머금으면 후추 뿌린 굴을 씹는 듯한 짠맛에 감초가 얹히고 퍼지와 카페라테의 단맛이 뒤에서 슬며시 받쳐준다. 삼키면 대추야자와 마라스키노 체리의 흔적이 짠 기운과 함께 남는다.
