짚빛이 감도는 옅은 색이 잔 안쪽에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1991년 증류한 이 그리스 시장용 보틀링은 기름진 향으로 방향을 잡는다. 사과 껍질과 아마인유, 파라핀과 퍼티의 냄새가 겹치고 그 사이로 잉크와 뿌리채소의 흙내가 스민다. 57.9도의 입안은 사과즙과 레몬즙의 산미 위에 훈제 굴과 후추, 소금이 얹혀 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 여운은 밀랍과 마른 잎의 결을 남기며 길게 이어진다.
